We have a private pool so keep in mind safety with young children. Swim at your own risk. ***The pool is heated from Oct 1 to May 1. Heater is set at 80 degrees. The pool heats to 20 degrees over air temperature. Ex: if it is 58 degrees out, Pool will be heated to 78 degrees.*** Hot tub is always hot.

House Rules

By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules and this renter agreement becomes effective immediately. The renters agreement applies to all guests no matter the age or affiliation. The person who is booking must be 25 years old, for all other guests there is not an age requirement. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $300 per person per night. - Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or late check-out. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay 1. Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. There is up to $1000 fine for equipment used to clean the house after smoking. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 17 persons (including infants) are allowed in the cabin at any time. 3. If you plan to party do not book this home. It is our home and you must treat it with respect. 4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. 6.Only use appliances for their intended uses 7.Pets are NOT allowed. 8.Parking: PARKING – Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check Out is at 10am. 10. Lock all doors and all windows upon departure 11. Garbage: All garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle, located near the driveway. 13. Children under are not allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision at all times. By accepting this booking, the guest accepts all liability for accidents, injury or death that may results from proper, or improper use of the pool and other amenities on the property. 14. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. 16. This is our home. Treat it as if it were you own. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. We will find it and charge you regardless. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules" 17. Pet fine is $800 per animal. If you are found to have an animal without prior approval, you may be asked to leave without refund and charged an additional $800 pet fine. 18. We have zero tolerance for threats or harassment to any of our team members. You will be evicted immediately without refund. 19. Holidays: There is no check out or check in on 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. 20. We do not allow 2 night bookings. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This home is remotely located in open country with lagoons, ocean, streams, ditches, ponds, swimming pool and other potential water hazards. I, (we, the guest), understand that we are wholly responsible for ourselves, children, and invited guests as relates to any activity or any facility we choose to use on the ranch. This includes, but is not limited to, using the charcoal grill BBQ area, interacting with, petting, or playing with domestic animals (dogs, cats, horses), boating, bunk beds, fishing, swimming, or walking I, (we) are hereby advised that there is no lifeguard at the swimming pool or near the beach and we agree not to leave our children unattended in these areas. I, (we), hereby voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death and property damage (including personal property) to myself (ourselves), other guests or anyone on the Premises with our permission, which damage, illness, injury or death results from our use of the Premises. Furthermore, I (we) agree that I (we) will not make a claim against or sue the Owners or employees, family or related entities, for any bodily injury, death or property damage. I (we) understand that this is a release of Owner and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by invitees for damage or injury.

Our family had a wonderful time in AL! The property was a short walk to the beach, where the kids spent hours playing in the shallows. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean, viewed from the house. If we needed supplies, we could walk or take a quick drive to town. Our check-in was seamless, house immaculate, quick response for any questions we had about the area or property. Overall, great beach house! Ashleigh delivered!

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous beach home—it was impeccably clean, with stunning views from every floor. Just a 5-minute walk brought us to the beach, and a quick drive had us enjoying shops and restaurants in town. Ashleigh’s recommendation, Tacky Jacks—an iconic, waterfront seafood spot—did not disappoint! Perfect food, perfect location, perfect stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The views of the lagoon are absolutely stunning. Perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or evening sunsets. The house was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a short, easy 5-minute walk to the beach, and the best part is that you don’t have to cross any busy roads to get there. Great for families or anyone who wants a stress-free beach access. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with all the convenience and comfort of home. We’re booking our trip for next year already.
