Other Details to Note

We have a private pool so keep in mind safety with young children. Swim at your own risk. The downstairs and upstairs have separate outdoor entrances. The pool is heated from Oct 1 to May 1. Heater is set at 80 degrees. The pool heats to 20 degrees over air temperature. Ex: if it is 58 degrees out, Pool will be heated to 78 degrees.

Ashleigh's home was clean and easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. An easy walk to the beach. The front porch was a very calming place to sit and listen to the beach waves roll in. I would highly recomend this Airbnb.

Ashleigh’s beach rental was wonderful. It had plenty of room for our group of 9. The original group was 12 but due to work conflicts we ended up with a smaller group. There would have been plenty of room to accommodate the entire group if it had been needed. The mother in law suite downstairs was a great addition so the adult kids had a place to hang out separate from the parents and younger kids. The group was two families so we loved having two master bedrooms. And a screened in porch accessible from both master bedrooms and the man door. It was an easy walk to the beach. As always we love how peaceful Fort Morgan is this time of year. We had a couple of warmer days and we appreciated that there was both cold and warm water run to the outside shower for rinsing off after swimming in the gulf. The space in the kitchen was great for preparing/serving group meals. We would happily stay here again.

We loved it here! The pool was clean and warm, the host/hostest was outstanding! Quick to respond, very helpful, made us feel right at home! We loved the layout, the atmosphere, the location, everything was perfect!

This is one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in! The newly renovated suite/apartment with its own entrance, sitting area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom provided a comfortable space for the older members of our family. We like to cook our meals together and the well-equipped kitchen, with not one but two ovens was perfect for our family of 10! The front screened porch with an ocean view was our favorite spot for morning coffee. Beach access was a 2 minute walk and we used pool noodles, floats and a wagon available to guests. Ashleigh provided information about nearby restaurants and a list of local things to do. We had clear instructions to enter the house and a checklist for the checkout process. We liked this house so much, we hope to rent it again next year!!

Loved the open floor plan, private pool, walk to beach was so close, beds were comfortable and the extra downstairs rooms are perfect for inlaws. Thank you for a great stay!
